60-day guarantee

Try your Hiddens products. If you are not happy with the result, write to us within 60 days of delivery and we refund your order in full.

Opened products

You can use your pens and still get your money back. There is no need to send them back.

How to ask for a refund

Email hello@hiddens.co with your order number and the email used at checkout. We reply within one business day. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 business days of approval.

Damaged or missing items

Send us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we ship a replacement at no cost. You do not need to return the damaged item.

Bags and clothing bought before October 2026

Hiddens bags and clothing keep their original 90-day return window: unused, with the tag attached, return shipping paid by the customer.
